Easy Chocolate Mochi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk or water
- 50g melted dark chocolate
- Cornstarch/potato starch (for dusting)
Optional filling:
- Nutella or chocolate ganache
Steps
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add milk and melted chocolate, then whisk until the batter becomes smooth.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stir well, then cook again for another 2–3 minutes until a sticky dough forms.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and let the dough cool slightly.
- Divide the dough into small pieces. If desired, add Nutella or chocolate ganache filling in the center.
- Shape into balls and dust lightly with cornstarch before serving.
