Nutella Mochi – Rich & Gooey Chocolate Treat

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Cornstarch or potato starch for dusting
Filling
- Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
Steps
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
- Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stir, then cook again for 2 more minutes until sticky dough forms.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and let the dough cool slightly.
- Flatten small portions of dough and place Nutella in the center.
- Seal the edges carefully and shape into smooth balls.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.
