Peanut Butter Mochi – Soft & Nutty Sweet Treat

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Cornstarch or potato starch for dusting
Filling
- Creamy peanut butter
Steps
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, milk, and melted butter.
- Whisk until the batter becomes smooth.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stir, then cook again for 2 more minutes until sticky dough forms.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and let the dough cool slightly.
- Flatten small pieces of dough and place peanut butter in the center.
- Seal the edges carefully and roll into smooth balls.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
