Strawberry Cream Mochi – Soft & Creamy Japanese Delight

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- Pink food color (optional)
- Cornstarch/potato starch for dusting
Filling
- Fresh strawberries
- Whipped cream
Steps
- Bowl mein rice flour, sugar aur milk mix karo.
- Agar color chahiye to thora pink food color add karo.
- Microwave 2–3 minutes, phir stir karo. Dobara 2 minutes cook karo jab tak sticky dough ban jaye.
- Surface par cornstarch lagao aur dough thanda hone do.
- Chhote circles bana kar center mein whipped cream aur strawberry rakho.
- Edges close karke soft balls shape kar lo.
- Thodi der fridge mein chill karo aur serve karo.
