Matcha Ice Cream Mochi – Creamy Green Tea Delight

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk or water
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- Cornstarch or potato starch for dusting

Steps
- Scoop small balls of matcha ice cream and freeze until firm.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, milk, and matcha powder.
- Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stir, then cook again for 2 more minutes until sticky dough forms.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and let the dough cool slightly.
- Flatten small pieces of dough into circles.
- Place frozen matcha ice cream in the center and quickly seal the edges.
- Shape into smooth balls and freeze for 30–60 minutes before serving.
